‘Even my pictures are cursed’ – Amitabh Bachchan admits to being a victim of cyber bullying
The WORLD of social media is filled with toxic society. If not, many users or netizens, especially among celebrities and famous people, decide to commit suicide after being severely bullied online.
Apparently, celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan did not miss the same fate, being bullied in cyberspace.
In order to take care of his mental health, this Bollywood art employee said he would be very careful when writing or updating his social media platform.
The confession was made when he hosted his popular quiz program, Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC).
“I first ‘played’ social media through the blog world. I write on my own blog without thinking that there will be comments or bad words left.
“Not only comments on writing, but sometimes it happens when I just upload a picture.
“There were comments saying ‘who do you think you are’ and many more comments that I can’t imagine just on a picture,” he revealed as reported by Hindustantimes .
Amitabh, who has been involved in the entertainment and glamor industry for 50 years, also said that he could not digest with a sane brain when he received many mean and bullying comments.
“I didn’t know just by writing or uploading a picture I was condemned and could be bullied on social media.
“So I learned to be more careful with every sharing, no matter if it’s writing or just a picture,” he admitted.
In addition to Twitter, this 79-year-old celebrity also has an Instagram account. The account is used to promote careers with over 30 million followers.
