Erra Fazira apologizes for not being able to attend Shahir AF’s wedding
BEAUTIFUL ACTRESS Erra Fazira admitted to receiving an invitation to singer Shahir’s wedding which took place in early September.
However, Erra explained that she could not fulfill Shahir’s invitation due to her work commitments.
“Alhamdulillah, he (Shahir) has been successfully approved. He is already the husband of someone, may he last until Jannah.
“I’m sorry I can’t attend, because I have other work,” she said, simply.
Erra was met with her daughter, Engku Aleesya at the reception of Stock Investment Specialist, Datuk Mohd Nazri Khan Adam Rasol Khan and his wife Datin Tuan Nor Ernie Rosemerie Tuan Zahari at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.
Shahir, who is also the Akademi Fantasia champion in the eighth season, was happily married to the owner of the boutique from Sabah, Jaskin Jaludin , 30, with a speech in a ceremony that took place in Subang Jaya, Selangor on September 2.
Last June, Erra once told the media that she was in contact with Shahir and congratulated him on the announcement of him marriage.
Although she has never released any statements about her love relationship, Erra or her real name, Fazira Wan Chek admitted that she was close and good with Shahir before.
Solo until the end of life
Meanwhile, Erra also gave a joking response to singer Ziana Zain when she performed at the event about living solo until the end of her life.
“Hey, I don’t want to, why want to be single when you can be together. But if God says so, just accept it.
“If there is a chance for both of you, why not ,” she said laughing.
While Engku Aleesya gave a different response when asked about her mother (to return to living as a couple).
Aleesya answered; ” No …”
