Elon Musk renovate Twitter office to house employees?
SAN FRANCISCO: A photo showing Twitter’s office space converted into a bedroom is now gaining attention.
Citing a BBC report , the photo was revealed on a consent portal and is now under investigation by the San Francisco authorities.
In the picture, an image appears to show a room filled with beds including wardrobes and slippers.
At the same time, a former employee of Twitter claimed, the new owner of the social network, Elon Musk also chose to stay in the office since buying the firm.
Before that, Musk sent an email to all Twitter employees saying they “have to be really strong” to succeed.
Meanwhile, the San Francisco Building Inspection Department confirmed that it is investigating a possible violation of the act following a complaint received.
However, Musk denied this on Twitter by claiming that the community attacked his actions for providing beds for “tired workers” but the tweet was deleted.
The management of Twitter did not give any further statement on this issue.
Since Musk took over Twitter last October, Musk has sent an email to all employees at the company telling them to work “long hours at high pressure”.
