Eagles Donate $2.5 Million to FireAid Benefit Concert Supporting LA Wildfire Victims

Legendary rock band Eagles have contributed $2.5 million to FireAid, the benefit concert aimed at supporting victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

The all-star charity event is scheduled for January 30 and will take place at the city’s Intuit Dome and KIA Forum. Organized by Live Nation, AEG, and veteran music executive Irving Azoff, the shows promise a star-studded lineup of performances.

Earlier this week, a first wave of performers was announced, featuring Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Rod Stewart, Katy Perry, Joni Mitchell, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sting, Stevie Nicks, Gracie Abrams, and Green Day. Notably, the event will also mark a reunion of No Doubt, playing their first show together since Coachella 2025 and their first in a decade. Additional acts are expected to be revealed in the coming days.

Tickets for the benefit concert will go on sale on January 22, with options to purchase tickets or make donations directly to the cause.

Eagles, who formed in Los Angeles in 1971, have joined the growing list of donors to FireAid. Their $2.5 million contribution matches Beyoncé’s foundation’s donation to the relief efforts and follows Metallica’s $500,000 contribution and The Weeknd’s $1 million pledge.

The fires, which ignited on January 7, continue to wreak havoc across the city. So far, 27 lives have been lost, 200,000 residents have been forced to evacuate, and over 12,000 structures have sustained damage.

FireAid serves as a rallying call for the music community to come together in support of the city and its residents during this time of crisis.
