The D’Masiv Road To The World concert, proposed by Neptune Presents, will rock the prestigious venue, Zepp Kuala Lumpur, on June 2.
Its organizer, who is also a famous actress, Nabila Huda said, D’Masiv is one of the Indonesian groups that have been in demand since a long time ago, but never had the opportunity to see a concert in Kuala Lumpur.
“2023 is D’Masiv’s 20th anniversary, so Neptunes Presents would like to bring D’Masiv to celebrate the musical journey and reach out to fans in Malaysia at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
“Earlier this year, my family and I took a vacation to Jakarta, Indonesia. Coincidentally, we were invited by a close friend to meet D’Masiv’s vocalist, Rian Ekky Pradipta.
“However, the original purpose of the meeting was just to get to know each other. There is no plan to ask D’Masiv to hold a concert in Kuala Lumpur.
“However, D’Masiv’s manager is very excited about organizing the first Senandung Malam concert involving Payung Tehuh X Pusakata and Efek Rumah Kaca performed by Neptunes Presents in November, last year.
“From there, the idea arose if we were interested in collaborating with D’Masiv in organizing Senandung Malam Volume 2 in Kuala Lumpur,” he said.

The daughter of legendary rockers, Amy Search said, D’Masiv will appear in a 120-minute show on June 2.

Until now, D’Masiv has produced seven albums, namely Perabahan in 2008, Journey (2009), Preparation (2012), Hidup Lebih Indah (2014), D’masiv (2016), Love 2019 and lastly, Time (2022).
Commenting on the Senandung Malam project, Nabila said that her party is planning to hold a series of Senandung Malam involving artists from the other side and local for fans.
“The Senandung Malam concept is more relaxed and aims to entertain fans in Malaysia.
“The selection of artists is also based on the requests of fans who are not only from popular groups, but we are excited to bring indie singers for fans to see.
“I believe indie singers have their own group of enthusiasts,” he said.
