Bunga Citra Lestari expressed a condolence message on Eril’s passing
KUALA LUMPUR: Famous Indonesian celebrity, Bunga Citra Lestari expressed her condolences following the passing of the son of the Indonesian Governor, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or better known as Eril who was feared drowned in the Aere River, Switzerland.
Through a post on her Instagram account, Bunga recorded her condolences to the entire family of the late.
“Condolences are extended to the whole family, especially to Mr. Ridwan Kamil and Mrs. Praratya. Hopefully, the whole family will persevere in facing this difficult test, ”she wrote in the post.
Earlier, authorities reported, Eril was believed to have been swept away by currents while swimming in the longest river in Switzerland.
According to the police, Eril is believed to have disappeared on Thursday morning while swimming with her sister Camillia Laetitia Azzahra and their friends in the river, which stretches across the three regions of Bern, Solothurn and Aargau and four lakes namely Lake Brienz, Thun, Wohlen and Biel.
The eldest son of the Governor of West Java is in Switzerland with his family to find an educational institution to further his education up to master’s degree.
Shortly after the news of Eril’s disappearance was reported by local and Indonesian media, Ridwan and his wife, Atalia Praratya, ‘camped’ in Switzerland to assist in search and rescue (SAR) operations.
