
BTS once again created a new Spotify record
BTS’s leading K-pop group once again set a record, this time for the most number of songs in the Spotify chart and a new song with the most number of listeners in 24 hours.
For the first time in history, a total of 28 songs by the famous South Korean pop group are now on the charts, Soompi reported .
This success follows the release of their latest album “Proof” on June 10.
“Proof” features three new songs – “Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)”, “Run BTS” and “For Youth” – with some of their previous hit songs including “Dynamite”, “Spring Day”, and “IDOL”.
On the first day the album was released, all of BTS’s new songs were at the top of the ‘ Spotify’s daily Global Top 200 ‘ chart.
Their backup song “Yet to Come” is in third place in the daily global chart after successfully reaching 7 million listeners after its release, thus breaking the record of most listeners in 24 hours for a Korean -language song.
While two other new songs, “Run BTS” was in 6th place, and “For Youth” in 11th place.
The previous BTS hit songs were no less impressive when they also forged a place in the charts.
The song “Born Singer” ranked 16th on the daily global chart, followed by “Dynamite” at 47th, “Butter” at 50th, “My Universe” (68), “No More Dream” (69), and “Boy With Luv (featuring Halsey)” (85).
The song “Boy in Luv” is in 103rd place, “NO” “104”, “I NEED U” (108), “Life Goes On” (109), “FAKE LOVE” (112), “Intro: Persona “(116),” RUN “(119), and” Blood Sweat & Tears “(123).
Other songs are “Danger” (128), “Spring Day” (130), “FIRE” (143), “ON” (145), “DNA” (146), “Euphoria” (149), “Stay “(158),” Moon “(174),” IDOL “(177),” Filter “(183), and” Intro: Singularity “ranked 197th.
