‘Bridgerton’ star Rege-Jean Page has been named the most handsome man according to science
ACTOR popular through the series “Bridgerton”, Rege-Jean Page has been named the most handsome man in the world, according to scientific findings.
According to British plastic surgeon, Julian De Silva, the 34-year-old actress has the most accurate facial symmetry.
“It was found (his face) was 93.65 percent accurate to the Greek Golden Ratio which measures physical perfection,” said De Silva.
Previously, scientific findings described facial symmetry as an aesthetic determinant to the level of ‘pleasant face’.
Research shows that beautiful faces tend to conform to the golden ratio, which has a constant value of 1.618, also known as Phi, or the Fibonacci number.
De Silva said the score was obtained through a computerized mapping technique he developed.
Behind Page was Australian actor Chris Hemsworth and American actor Michael B Jordan, who recorded 93.53 percent and 93.46 percent accuracy to the golden ratio, respectively.
British singer Harry Styles is in fourth place with 92.30 percent.
In October 2022, De Silva used the same mapping technique to crown British actress Jodie Comer as the most beautiful woman in the world with a score of 94.52 percent.
Actress Zendaya, supermodel Bella Hadid, and pop star Beyonce also rounded out the top four.
