Brazilian Artist Is Quoted As One Of The Biggest Bets For KPOP In 2022
After two years of practice, the young Brazilian-Canadian is ready to launch an artistic career in South Korea.
RIO DE JANEIRO , January 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — It was announced this Monday afternoon, the 25th, by his press office IBG Plus, in a closed press office for Korean journalists in the Gangnam neighborhood, in Séul, that the singer and Brazilian-Canadian songwriter Saint Von Colucci, 22, will be starting his KPOP career later this year.
The young man moved from Canada to South Korea in 2019 after signing with a Korean entertainment agency to compose music for KPOP singers and bands.
After moving to Korea, the young artist began taking intensive classes in singing, dancing and Korean, while also working on composing music for other Korean artists.
Before moving to South Korea, Colucci worked as a commercial model and actor in his native Canada.
Colucci was born in the province of Quebec , in Canada , to a Canadian mother and a Brazilian-Portuguese father. When he became 3 years old, the young man moved to Brazil with his parents and lived in Brazil for six years, when he learned to speak Portuguese and Brazilian culture. After six years in Brazil, the young man moved to several other countries with his parents, such as Spain, England, China , and the United States. As a result, Colucci is now fluent in five languages, including English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Korean.
The Brazilian’s first EP will be called “T1K T0K H1GH SC00L” and will have 3 tracks in English and Korean.
Still no date set, the EP and songs are scheduled to come out in the middle of this year.
After the announcement of his music career in South Korea, the Korean press has been highlighting and showing support for the release of his first EP in the Asian country.
