Big Stage 2022: Lacking fan votes, Lia Aziz’s journey ends in the third week
PUTRAJAYA: Lia Aziz’s journey on the Big Stage stopped until the third week when it was announced that she was eliminated after getting the lowest score.
Lia who sang Datin Alyah’s original song “Kisah Hati” for the week themed “Playlist 2000” got a score of 55 % overall from the permanent and invited jury.
Although Lia’s overall score exceeded that of Megat Rahim (39%) and Sofiaa Marieyla (44.2%), she lost to fan votes.
Megat Rahim and Sofiaa Meryella were also in the bottom three, with scores of 39% and 44.2%, respectively.
Meanwhile, Aisyah Retno who sang the song “Kesetian” the original song of the late Siti Sarah returned to the first place with the highest overall score of 82%.
Meanwhile, Elica Paujin and Syafiq Abdilah approached Aisyah’s position with a score of 80.40% followed by Syafiq (75%)
For the third week, all participants performed songs themed “Playlist 2000” and were judged by two permanent judges, namely Ajai and Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza and accompanied by three invited judges, namely Datuk Seri Vida (Netizen President), Mas Idayu (Spicy Jury), and Season 2 Big Stage Champion, Han Byul as the champion jury.
The program, hosted by Alif Satar and Sherry Al-Hadad, is broadcast live from the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) for eight weeks every Sunday, at 9pm and is broadcast live on Astro Ria and Astro Ria HD channels.
