Big Stage 2022: Iqbal’s journey comes to a halt in the second week
PUTRAJAYA: Iqbal Zulkefli’s journey on the Big Stage finally came to a halt when he was announced a participant who was eliminated for the second week.
Iqbal who sang the original song Ketahuan by Matta Band was in the bottom three with a score of 9.20%along with Lia Aziz (46.8%) and Megat Rahim (45%)
Meanwhile, Elica Paujin managed to snatch the position of Aisyah Retno when she became the participant who got the highest score of 84.6%.
Sofia Marieylla made a surprise when she managed to take second place compared to last week in sixth place with a score of 75.6% followed by Aisyah Retno (75.2%).
For the second week, participants sang Hypebeat -themed songs and were judged by two permanent judges, namely Ajai and Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, accompanied by three invited judges, namely Datuk Seri Vida (Netizen President), Mas Idayu (Spicy Jury) and Aina Abdul as the champion jury.
The ‘Big Stage 2022’ winner will take home RM100,000 in cash and a trophy donated by Astro. Meanwhile, the second and third place winners will win RM50,000 and RM25,000 respectively along with a trophy.
The program, hosted by Alif Satar and Sherry Al-Hadad, is broadcast live from the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) for eight weeks every Sunday, at 9pm and is broadcast live on Astro Ria and Astro Ria HD channels.
