
Beyoncé, Adele, Kendrick Lamar dominate the nominations for the 65th Grammy Awards
LOS ANGELES: American singer Beyonce dominated the nominations for the 65th Grammy Awards after being nominated in nine categories, the Recording Academy announced on Tuesday.
The pop star was nominated in various major categories including the song “Break My Soul” which was nominated for the Record of the Year and Best Song categories while the album “Renaissance” was nominated for the Best Album category, Xinhua reported.
The nomination makes Beyonce and her husband JAY-Z the most nominated artists in Grammy history.
Kendrick Lamar trails behind Beyonce with eight nominations followed by Adele and Brandi Carlile with seven nominations each.

The annual Grammy Awards are organized by the Recording Academy to recognize achievements in the United States music industry. The 65th annual Grammy Awards will return to Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Feb. 5, 2023.
