Highly anticipated band delivers special greeting to Malaysians ahead of Nov 22 show
Coldplay is set to perform at Bukit Jalil National Stadium for the last leg of their Spheres World Tour.
The heat of the Grammy award-winning band Coldplay’s concert scheduled to take place in Malaysia on November 22, 2023 is getting hotter.
As fans await the opening date for ticket purchases on May 17, the band consisting of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and drummer, Will Champion makes the potential audience feel even more uneasy.
Martin, as the vocalist and guitarist of Coldplay was seen greeting fans in Malaysia through an update shared by the promoter, PR Worldwide on their official Instagram account, (@pr_worldwide).
More excitingly, Martin was seen greeting fans in Malay before continuing to announce the concert in Malaysia in English.
“Hello, how are you everybody watching in Malaysia, (Hello, how are you for everyone watching in Malaysia).
“We are Coldplay, we are so excited to announce that we’ll be coming to Kuala Lumpur on November 22 this year,” he said.
Coldplay is scheduled to meet more than 85,000 fans not only from Malaysia but also from nearby Asian countries such as Singapore and Thailand at the Bukit Jalil Stadium through the Spheres World Tour series.
Pre-sale tickets that are opened exclusively to CIMB cardholders can be purchased on 16 May 2023 while others open the day after.
