Almost half of Blue’s Twitter subscribers are said to have less than 1,000 followers
TWITTER under Elon Musk made a number of changes to the service, including introducing Twitter Blue which offers a paid service to allow users to receive a blue smudge on their profile – thus providing a sign of verification that was previously quite exclusive to the platform.
Although it has been introduced for several months, and has hundreds of thousands of users who subscribe to Twitter Blue, according to researchers and analysts, it is said that almost half of all subscribers who subscribe to Twitter Blue have less than 1,000 followers.
In fact, over 70,000 Twitter Blue subscribers have less than 100 followers on their accounts – that’s almost 17.6 percent of Twitter Blue subscribers for now.
This at the same time shows which users and hardcore accounts are still not subscribed to Twitter Blue for now.
Let’s all look forward to this April 1, whether things will change or not, after Twitter removes the legacy blue mark from all accounts, and only supports Twitter Blue subscriptions.
