After Jin, BigHit announced that BTS’s J-Hope will join the military service
SEOUL: Member of K-pop group BTS, J-Hope, has canceled an application to postpone military enlistment, according to the group’s agent on Sunday.
BigHit Music did not give a date when he will join the service and an announcement will be made as soon as the registration notice is received, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The decision comes two months after Jin, the oldest member of BTS, joined the service. All seven members of the K-pop group plan to fulfill their responsibilities.
In South Korea, all able-bodied men are required to serve in the military for about two years.
