Actor Afiq Muiz’s wife files a fasakh claim
SHAH ALAM: The wife of actor Afiq Muiz, Pachara Apin, has reportedly filed a fasakh claim against her husband.
According to news portal reports, Pachara or her Islamic name, Nur Aaira Mahdeya, 32, made the application at the Petaling Subang Bestari Syariah Lower Court, Petaling Jaya on Wednesday morning.
She arrived at 10.58am, wearing a black robe and a veil before rushing into court.
On May 14, 2021, Pachara made a police report claiming that Afiq slapped her face five times, in addition to kicking her in the stomach and punching her in the chin twice.
Afiq filed a police report in December 2022 at Dengkil Police Station, Selangor after being accused of injuring Pachara.
The couple got married in 2019 and have yet to have children.
